Gas filters

AG132/6 – AG140/6 (6Bar)

These filters are widely used for the protection of control devices, pressure regulators and on systems requiring a high degree of filtration. It is essential to bear in mind that the flow rate of a filter is determined not by the diameter of its connections but by pressure drops. To ensure optimum filter selection, the pressure drop ?p must not exceed 10 mbar.
Application area: non-aggressive gas and air. Working temperature (max.): -15ºC...+80ºC. Filtration capacity: = 50 microns. Pressure taps: Rp ¼”. Max. working pressure: 2-6 bar. Threadead and flanged connections from ½” up to 2” and from DN65 up to DN150.

Filter for wall gas-fired boilers

AG130-131

The gas filter designed in accordance with DIN 3386 standard can be used for non aggressive gas and air. Given its small size, this compact diecast aluminium filter is particularly suitable for use with wall boilers water heaters and other such appliances. Max. working pressure: 1 bar. Max. working temperature: -15ºC...+80ºC. Threaded connections: DIN2999 UNI ISO 7/1. Body and cover in aluminium EN AB 461100. Filtration materia: synthetic fibre according to DVGW” G260/1.

Seal-proof gas pressure regulators (AG 312-340)

These regulators are direct acting type, which means that they regulate the pressure by directly comparing the output pressure with a present load. Any pressure variation, between the minimum and maximum value, which might cause a variation in the output pressure, is corrected by the compensation diaphragm fitted inside the regulator. All the regulators are fitted on the inside with a pulse connector at the inlet for a pressure port. In addition, all the regulators are equipped with a safety membrane which eliminates the need of a breather pipe, because in case of a broken membrane the max. gas leakage in the environment is 30 dmc/h.

AG312-AG340 Pressure regulators

Max. inlet pressure: from 2,5 mbar up to 1 bar.
Outlet pressure: from 5 up to 150 mbar.
Regulation class: RG 15% of the Pas setting value.

Gas pressure regulators with internal filter (AG212-230)

Max. inlet pressure: from 2,5 mbar up to 1 bar.
Outlet pressure: from 5 up to 150 mbar.
Regulation class: RG 15% of the Pas setting value.

A-class gas electrovalves (VA 770)

A-class electrovalves are installed on a flow pipe and are connected to a gas or carbon monoxide detector. They shut the gas off when a danger condition is signalled by an unit installed in the environment. Valves, normally closed, have got a permanent supplied coil and they shut off if the current is disconnected. Power supply: 230 Vac – 50 Hz or 24 Vdc. Protection class: IP54. Body: aluminium. Working temperature: -15ºC...+60ºC.

Water electrovalves (MC111...MC140)

Power supply: 12 Vdc, 12 Vac, 24 Vdc, 24 Vac, 230 Vac. Fluid: water, oil, air. Fluid temperature: -10ºC...+90ºC. Ambient temperature: -10ºC...+50ºC. Body material: brass. Pilot material: FKM. Main shutter and diaphragm: NBR. Coil power: AC 10 VA (working), AC 16 VA (shut off). Protection class: IP65.
